Returns and Exchanges


In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer shall have a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the order by itself or by the recipient of the order, to return at his own expense his entire command and get, at Buyer’s option to exchange products, or credit or refund.


Gachon Pothier accept the return of any item purchased on if it is returned to Gachon Pothier within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. After this period, the products will be deemed compliant and accepted by the Client, and Gachon Pothier reserves the right to refuse the request for exchange or refund.

The shipping cost of return shipment shall be borne by the Buyer, except in case of non-compliance – see Section 8 NON COMPLIANCE – of products delivered in relation to the initial order.

In case of exchange of product(s), the costs of a new product delivery shall be born by Buyers’.

The right to exchange or refund applies only to the extent that the product is returned in perfect resalable condition, packed in its original packaging with no signs of shock, or malfunction of use. Gachon Pothier reserves the right to refuse such an exchange or refund if the goods received in return do not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.

Gachon Pothier does not accept parcels sent freight collect. Any risk associated with returning the product is borne by the Buyer.

Refunds are made on the credit card initially used to pay the initial purchase. Processing time may vary from credit card company to credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account.

1. Case of initial shipments deliveries from Colissimo or Chronopost – sent back by Colissimo. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, which is required to accept a return. We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by e-mail of your right for exchange or refund (if any) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package by the customer.

2. For other than initial delivery by Colissimo or Chronopost – Back by Carrier. You must follow the same procedure outlined above.

In the case of a return upon an order received non-compliant, the procedure is identical.


The products are packaged to meet the standards of existing transportation, and to ensure optimal protection of the products during delivery. It is requested the Buyer to meet the same standards in a product return either through a return non conforming product, or a return for convenience. In case of spoilage due to poor quality of packaging return, you are not entitled to a refund, especially if the product can not be resold as is or in case of worsening of the technical problem mentioned.
